KNOXVILLE WORLD'S FAIR PARK

Knoxville's World's Fair Park is a cherished urban greenspace and the site of the 1982 World's Fair, featuring the iconic Sunsphere. While historically significant, the park lacked a functional, cohesive identity necessary to efficiently operate as a premier, modern event venue.

To address this, I rebranded the park's identity, inspired by the 1982 Fair's "Energy" theme and executed through clear, high-contrast signage and maps. This design solution uses 80s-inspired graphics to define zones and streamline event logistics, solving critical crowd navigation and organization challenges. By redesigning, its vibrant history now blends with contemporary functional design, transforming the site into an optimized, compelling stage for Knoxville's future large-scale events.
